- Condensation control first: the biggest threat to stored equipment is the moisture that condenses on cold steel and drips onto machinery. Closed-cell stops it.
- A tempered, not necessarily heated, space: even without full heating, a sealed insulated shed stays far closer to workable and dries faster.
- Optional heat: if you do heat it for winter servicing, foam makes that affordable instead of hopeless.
