Spray Foam Insulation Alberta ("we", "us") operates sprayfoaminsulationalberta.ca as a spray foam insulation contractor - we quote, schedule and carry out spray foam work across Alberta, bringing in additional crews at times of high demand. This page explains, in plain language, what we actually collect through this site, why, where it lives, who sees it, and how you can ask us to delete it. We are a Canada-based service and aim to handle your information consistent with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA); this page is a plain description of our practice, not a certification of compliance.
What we collect
When you fill out the quote form or email us, we collect only what you give us: - Your name and how to reach you - phone and/or email. - What you are insulating and where - project type, the area(s) involved, foam type if you know it, your city and postal code. - Your timeline, and any message you add. - Automatically: the page you submitted from, the date and time, and your IP address.
If you arrive through a tracked link (a "utm_" parameter in the URL), that tag rides along with your submission, but it is not something we currently record in your lead file - we only keep the fields listed above.
We do not run advertising or analytics tracking on this site today. The measurement ID that would turn on Google Analytics is unset, so no analytics script, tag, or cookie fires from this site right now. If that changes, this page will be updated first.
Why we collect it
To respond to your quote request, price the job, and get the right installation crew to your building in your area, on your timeline. Nothing here is collected for resale or unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored
Your submission is written to a protected file on our web server the moment you submit it, before anything else happens - that folder is locked down at the server level so it cannot be browsed publicly. A copy is also emailed to our own inbox so a person sees it quickly. We do not use a third-party CRM or ad-tech vendor to store your information today.
Who we share it with
Your quote details go to the installers handling your project type and city, so the work can be priced accurately and, if you go ahead, carried out. Your information goes only to us and to the crew assigned to your job - never sold, and never handed to unrelated third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep quote submissions as long as needed to respond to your request and for basic recordkeeping - we do not currently run an automatic deletion schedule. If you ask us to delete your information, we will remove it from our records within a reasonable time of your request.
